Aimara Studio

Aimara Studio is a members-only wellness and longevity studio in the heart of Lisbon's Estrela neighborhood.

Inspired by nature's elements, the space is designed to help people sustainably build mobility, strength, balance, and mental resilience through everyday conscious practices.

The studio brings together movement, recovery, nourishment, and community under one roof: a fully equipped fitness room with Nohrd Waterrower machines, a barefoot studio for classes like yoga, dynamic pilates, animal flow, and primal movement, plus a therapy room offering acupuncture, physiotherapy, and osteopathy.

Recovery is a core pillar, with a traditional sauna, ice room, and guided breathwork sessions using transformative sound frequencies.

The on-site juicery serves seasonal, locally-sourced juices and healthy alternatives to nourish and re-energize the body.

Aimara also organizes outdoor "aimara.explore" experiences to help members connect with nature through water, wind, and mountains.

Founded by Niccolo Bagarotto, the studio's architecture and design were intentionally crafted to reduce sensory overload and support presence, calm, and connection from the moment you walk in.
