Restorative Yoga typically involves the use of props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support the body in various poses for extended periods of time.This type of yoga is especially beneficial for individuals looking to unwind, reduce stress, and restore balance to both the body and mind.

In contrast to Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga is about rest not resilience during poses.
