Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a therapeutic practice originating in ancient China that involves inserting very thin needles into specific points on the body known as acupuncture points. These points are located along pathways called meridians, which are traditionally understood to regulate the flow of Qi, or vital energy, throughout the body.

The stimulation of acupuncture points is intended to influence physiological processes related to circulation, nerve signaling, and tissue response. Acupuncture is commonly associated with pain relief, stress reduction, improved sleep quality, digestive support, and overall physical and emotional balance. Treatments are typically tailored to the individual and based on observed patterns within the body.
