Kung Fu

Kung Fu is a broad term for traditional Chinese martial arts that originated in ancient China over 4,000 years ago. It encompasses a wide range of styles and techniques developed for self-defense, physical conditioning, and mental discipline.

The practice includes striking, kicking, blocking, and defensive techniques, often combined with forms (structured movement sequences) that develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and focus. Many Kung Fu styles also incorporate philosophical principles such as discipline, balance, and self-control, integrating physical training with mental and ethical development.
