With two locations in the heart of downtown Cranford and Summit, HOME Power Yoga is known for providing a welcoming, supportive environment full of friendly faces and extremely well trained top-notch instructors.
Each location houses two state of the art far-infrared heated studio rooms to enjoy a full schedule of classes, including Power Yoga, Hot Sculpt, Hot Yoga & Sculpt, Hot Barre, Slow Flow & Deep Stretch, Yin Yoga & Prenatal/ Postnatal Power Yoga (non-heated).
The infrared heating panels allow you to sweat & experience the feeling of the sun’s warmth on your skin, without any harmful UV rays. Unlike traditional heating systems that blow warm air into the room, infrared heat, similar to the sun, silently warms objects in a clean and healthful way leaving you feeling purified and energized.
