Brooklyn Sound + Reiki

Brooklyn Sound + Reiki is a holistic healing studio located in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, offering Reiki energy healing, sacred sound therapy, and spiritual coaching designed to support physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing. The practice integrates traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki with sound healing techniques using instruments such as singing bowls to help restore balance, release energetic blockages, and promote deep relaxation.

Sessions are designed to encourage stress reduction, natural pain relief, emotional clarity, and overall energetic alignment. Treatments combine gentle hands-on Reiki techniques with vibrational sound therapy to support the body’s natural healing processes and create a calming, restorative experience.

The studio is led by Reiki Master Instructor and sound healer Kolt Beringer, who offers private healing sessions, spiritual guidance, and Reiki training workshops for those interested in learning the traditional practice
