Based in London and Santiago, Ardas is a fully qualified kundalini yoga teacher having trained under the Amrit Nam Sarovar international school in both England and France. She is also registered with KYTA and IKYTA.
Ardas enriches her kundalini teachings with sound therapy and somatic bodywork, both of which she is trained in and finds compliment the deep inner, transformation healing work of the yoga.
Ardas’s calling to teach is grounded in a desire to share this wonderful technology and contribute to expanding our collective consciousness as a body of people. She passionately believes that kundalini yoga can elevate anyone who tries it.
