The Reformer Lab Santos

The Reformer Lab Santos is the original studio of Lisbon’s cult Reformer Pilates brand, remaining laser-focused on Reformer Pilates as its core practice. Located on Av. 24 de Julho, the studio is built around the Forever Radiant philosophy, an approach that intertwines movement, beauty, and wellness.

The studio’s Signature Method combines Dynamic Reformer and Mega Reformer training to challenge the body, boost metabolism, and build deep, lasting strength while remaining gentle on the joints. Classes are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, with instructors tailoring each session to the individual.

Collective Reformer classes are designed for up to 10 participants, offering an intimate yet energetic environment that balances personal attention with the motivation of a group setting. For a more personalized approach, the studio also offers Private, Duo, and Trio Reformer sessions.

Members enjoy elevated amenities including plush towels and premium Zielinski and Rozen products, with separate showers for men and women. Memberships are flexible and commitment-free, and classes can be booked through The Reformer Lab app, which also allows members to purchase packages and check studio schedules.
