House of Barre
Editorial Summary
Lisbon’s first dedicated Barre studio, blending ballet, pilates, and yoga into a full-body, music-driven workout, with locations in Campolide and Lapa.
House of Barre is the first dedicated Barre Fitness boutique in Lisbon, with two studio locations in Campolide and Lapa. Barre is a full-body workout that blends elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga, using a ballet barre for support to sculpt, tone, and strengthen the body through controlled, low-impact movement.
Classes are set to rhythmic music that guides your movements and keeps the energy up throughout each session. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced barre athlete, everyone is welcome.
The studio offers three signature class formats: Barre Sculpt, focused on slow, controlled movements that deeply engage and tone muscles; Barre Flow, a rhythmic, meditative class linking breath with movement to build flexibility, mobility and strength; and Barre HIT, a higher-intensity class that alternates between elevated heart rate intervals and strength-building segments.
Classes run 60 minutes including warm-up and stretching. Members have access to showers, towels, shampoo, and free water refills at the studio. The space is also available to rent for workshops, PRs, retreats, and private events.
