Sessions include two free towels, with extra towels available for a small fee, and the studio sells electrolyte water to help replenish minerals lost during sauna use. Showers and changing rooms are available on site so guests can freshen up after their session. For safety reasons, Hot Cold Club is only open to guests aged 18 and over.
